This season we have the exciting addition of our new boat league.

This will be a new fly fishing competition on Loch Ochiltree over the course of the summer months.

The format will be arranged so that those competing will be formed into divisions or mini leagues, and everyone will compete against everyone else in their division.

Each match will be fished within a specified time frame, and arranged by the members agreeing a time and date between themselves.

Members are responsible for reporting the result to the competition administrator, and conducting themselves appropriately within the club rules.

There will then be a semi final and final from the mini league winners.

It is hoped that this will encourage the occasional or new boat angler to try and develop their boat competition fishing in a relaxed environment.

Registration must be received by 30th April.

A draw will be made and further rules and details will be then be issued to those participating.

There will be no entry charge, and boats will be hired at standard day rates, shared between participants.
