Notice to all members that our AGM will be held on Thursday the 11th of December 2025 with a 1900hours (prompt) start time.

The AGM will be held in The Belted Galloway, Riverside Road, Newton Stewart, DG8 6NQ.

A good turn out is encouraged to ensure important business is discussed, considered and voted on.

We will also be conducting our trophy presentation at the AGM, any award winners throughout the season, please attend if you are able to.

Our trophy presentation will be item 1 on the agenda – this will allow all junior members to attend and collect their prizes.

Any member looking to raise an item for consideration at the AGM, please ensure that this is made in writing to the club secretary no later than 30 days in advance of the meeting – deadline for items for consideration is the 11th of November 2025.
